Electrical Engineering

Are you interested in studying Electrical Engineering? If you are think again. It has been proved time and again in this world that Electrical Engineering is the toughest course around. By the grace of God I somehow completed my Eletrical Engineering in 4 years studying overnight (I ran really high on refreshening beverages which would keep me awake the whole night long in order to achieve this mission impossible).

If you are a easy go lucky person avoid Electrical Engineering under any circumstances. Doesn't matter even if you take a branch you are not interested in, but, do not take a seat in Electrical Engineering course just because it is empty. I was passionately interested in Computers and hence I am saved today because of my precious hobbies (the outcome of which is this beautiful site).

I personally feel that you should study for a course in Electrical Engineering only if you have the guts to do so. Else just forget about it. Leading an excellent life while studying Electrical Engineering is not everybodies cup of tea. Truly speaking it isn't the course which is hard. It is just we the ignorant students feel that this branch is quite tough to pass on with. You will find Electric wires, Electrical circuits and many many more Electrical related things in this course.

If you are interested in this field go further. If you are doing it just in order to get a mere pass degree and further pursue a course in some other field think once more. It will be late by the time you understand that the ball is not in your court. A single backlog in Electrical Engineering subject creates hell of a headache the next time you attempt passing it.

Electrical Engineering is filled with Math. If you hate Math don't come here. There are too many equations and problems to be dealt with in this field. Moreover there is not much scope for research left. You can neither show your creativity in this field. Everything is stagnant and is sitting as it is in the library shelves since the past twenty years.

Moreover if you want a job in this field you need to be an expert to handle the jobs of higher post officers. You will be asked for experience wherever you apply for a higher post.

Struggling with Electrical Engineering is definitely a great headache. But, there is one subject which really steals the hearts of the students in this branch. The Electric motors! Oh yes they are the trill of this branch. Studying Electric motors is something which every student loves. And how would you love to draw the windings of a motor with a drafter?

If you want to have a thrilling life, join Electrical Engineering. It will either give you a thrill or it will give you a High Voltage Electric shock for a continuous period of four years. Whatever be the case, Electrical Engineering is definitely here to stay.
