China mobile sets had left the mouth of the Indian audience wide open when they took a look at its performance and cost. China Mobiles had a set of the loudest loud speakers with a harsh and squeaky treble equalizer which pierced the ears of the people sitting around it. Some like the China mobiles some don’t. To some people the China mobile is a real treat. To some people it is a use-and-throw set which helps them to show off as long as it stays with them. How would you like a mobile which gives you the option of a built in television? And all this comes with the boon of a very low and affordable cost. “Cheap and best” as the Indians call best describes the China mobile set which gives you so many features at an absolutely low cost.

The problem with the China mobile phones is the complete lack of any sort of warranty or guarantee. There are no servicing centers which can repair a China mobile. But still, China showed its intelligence and grip over technology with these multifunctional China mobile sets such that, it could have even dominated the global market provided it could provide some guarantee or warranty of any sort with these sets.

The China mobile sets however are equally delicate. Once it touches the ground there is no need to pick it up it is gone. The build quality is way too poor. And another problem faced was the internet settings to be made if GPRS service was to be enabled on your China Mobile. The model names of the China Mobiles are so diverse that it is pretty difficult to find the model number and the settings that are to be adjusted to make the GPRS work on the mobile without any technical issues blocking the user’s browsing experience. This problem still stays unsolved and for some good reason the China Mobiles have been banned in India.

So if you were waiting to own a China mobile set in the next few weeks it is too late to take this decision. The china mobiles though good do not seem professional like the Nokia and Sony Ericson mobiles. The Indians will definitely miss the China Mobiles which gave them the functionality of a powerhouse at the cost of a small peanut. Good bye China mobile.
