How to increase concentration?

Many a people fail in their official or curricular performance due to lack in concentration. A research on the above topic led me to the following conclusions.

It is absolutely and completely possible to increase your concentration. The state of concentration is the state where you can focus on the topic on hand without getting entangled in the whirlpool of thoughts created in the mind. This topic is really very huge but I have squashed all the information and made it as simple as possible in order to save your time.

First of all there is nothing called as poor concentration. It is either concentration or no-concentration. The reason is because you cannot expect your mind to swallow half an article and reproduce the whole text. If you want to reproduce everything that you have read, you have to make sure that you are studying when you are reading.

Let us take a look into the psychology aspect for a few seconds to analyze the present problem. According to psychology, there are three phases that your mind has to pass through, in order to ensure that you are thorough with the information that you have read. The first phase is that of concentrated reading. Here you need to read the text without letting thoughts to wander around your mind. Next you need to ensure that you have collected the facts properly so that you can easily recollect them whenever required. This is usually done by maintaining an order of remembrance in which all the points can be easily recollected. Next is recalling whatever you have learnt. When you go through all these phases correctly, the information that you have read stays intact in your mind for months together.

Now let us get to the exercise needed in order to increase your concentration. Almost all the experts will advice you the same topic. It’s just their payments that are different depending upon their reputation. The first step is to ensure that you are focused. To many a people it seems rather difficult to stay focused. The reason is quite simple. You create so many thoughts for yourself that you cannot steer your mind away from them. The solution is quite simple. Stay focused for shorter periods and then you will observe that your performance is increasing. Try the following exercise:

Forget everything and concentrate on your work continuously for a minute. Keep a counting timer in your mobile that will alert you after a minute. In this one minute try to avoid all the thoughts and just concentrate on the work at hand. Do not even bother about your performance. Just study continuously without getting disturbed. Always make it a point that you tell your family members that you are reading and would not like getting disturbed for the next few hours. Do not even bother to look around if somebody calls you. Try to read in such focused and concentrated manner for at least three hours a day. Never let anyone disturb your penance. A penance once disturbed has to start all the way from the very beginning itself. So its better not to get disturbed while you are studying. After you finish your studying you can find yourself an excuse by telling them that you were studying and could not hear them as the door of your study room was closed. Don’t bother if you will be able to recollect it later or not. For now there is just one mission in front of you- that of concentrated reading. No lover, no mother and no worry shall be allowed to disturb you. After you achieve perfection in this step carry out the following:

1. Increase the time of the timer and reach the state where you will be able to concentrate for a whole hour on your work without getting much disturbed.

2. Remember nobody is a good reader since birth. They are good at it only because they have achieved perfection in it.

3. Your friend is not much intelligent than you. It is just that he is a bit more focused as compared to you. It also means that his parents have made him imbibe that quality ever since his primary days.

4. Most important thing; always take a gap between two sessions of concentrated work. So you begin with reading a minute and taking a short nap/rest the other minute.

Now the concentration problem is over. The next thing is to make notes. Remember, writing a note does not mean copying a paragraph as it is from the text book. A note is maintained so that it can make it easier for you to remember things. It should be point-wise and should have at the most seven words per point in order to remind you the sentences and the order in which they are to be remembered. These notes shall help you a lot at the eleventh hour.

The next thing is to recall all the points without any source kept in front of you. For theory subjects if you write the starting three sentences properly you can continue the later part with your own language. Just make sure that you give the examiner a hint that you have opened the text-book and swallowed all the material in it. The best way to show this is by writing the first three sentences as it is in the text-book.

If you still find it very difficult to focus on your goal I would suggest you to go for meditation. So far the best meditation technique has been brought out by an organization called as Sahaj Yoga. What next? It’s zero hour. Remove your weapons and attack your examiner with elaborate answers that will send your scores shooting off the college rooftop. Remember- ‘all you need to do is to show the examiner that you know the subject at hand very well’. Beauty Care

There are many people out there in the crowd who are using many creams but aren’t still getting the desired results. Let us take a look at the following article to solve the problems faced by us in our daily life.

1) Acne and blackheads: These problems are usually reported in youths and maidens. The reason for this is faulty digestion. Junk food prepared by hawkers is the best way to get Acne and blackheads. Intake of fresh and properly cooked salubrious food prepared in the house is a very good way of maintaining a hale and hearty life. Other things to be taken care of are: proper work outs and avoidance of constipation (difficulty encountered in emptying of bowels). The cure can however be assisted by frequent and thorough washing your face in hot water with a good antiseptic. The hot water will open up the pores and the antiseptic will heal the acne. A good mixture for the removal of blackheads is compounded with glycerin, spirits of wine and flowers of sulphur, with a little elder-flower water, to which a few drops of a good perfume may be added. This preparation should be applied nightly.

2) Air-Bathing: This is a fact known to very little people that fresh air is also skin’s natural tonic. When the weather is mild it is always a very good plan to lie down for a while near an open window. An alternate to this is given in the meditation section at the ending of this article. It is advisable to keep as much of your face exposed to the air as possible, while indulging with a few breathing exercises simultaneously along with it. A Shavasana would be a great thing to do early in the morning at around about 5:00am. A morning and evening walk will also help improve the situation. But care should be taken that you do not catch a chill while doing so. Remember, too good is too bad for health?

3) Bath: Cold baths are very invigorating for the robust; toning up the body like nothing else in this world, but for those having weak hearts or poor circulation they may be dangerous. Never go for cold water baths if you are an asthma patient. If a cold bath leaves the extremities purple, or produces a feeling of lassitude, it should be discontinued. Warm baths are essential for thoroughly cleansing the pores. The bath should be taken in a well ventilated room. A good brand of bath salts and the best quality soap should be used. Always decide your soap on the basis of your skin configuration. If you have an oily skin, do not go for moisturizing soaps or soaps made with milk extracts. Go for soaps which leave your skin squeaky clean after the bath. On the other hand if you have a dry skin, go for moisturizing soaps. Usually the face of people with dry skin becomes pale, a few minutes after their bath. In such cases, they should use moisturizers. Even a cream like “Fair And Handsome” would play the trick for such people. The bath should always be followed by a brisk rub down (with a rough towel if possible )and quick dressing to stimulate circulation.

4) Meditating: I am again delighted to say that Sahaj meditation is also a way for getting natural beauty. Because as far as I can see, beauty walks hand-in-hand with culture. Is SRK Really So Cool Continued

In the previous topic we saw that SRK is nothing so attractive as to beat the beauties of the other super models around. Now let us concentrate directly on the topic at hand and see why girls are so seriously crazy about him.

And the way he has handled these characters, anybody can go crazy about him! Ask any Indian girl of her dream boy and she says: DDLJ’s Raj. So it is DDLJ’s Raj that most girls are crazy about. It is the same Raj that the girls dream of since their school days. Thus it’s the character that the girls are in love with and not the actor. The love for the character later makes the girls go crazy about the actor.

Also the airs of Europe added to the beauty of the film-DDLJ those romantic touches which were needed in order to make the hearts of the Indian audience go on a roller coaster ride. SRK has always been offered such delicate roles where the success of the film depended much on the emotions brought onto the screen by the facial expressions of the actor of the film. The two sweet dimples that were gifted to SRK were utilized very intelligently by him to make the audience get absorbed into his films. The emotions that he showed on the silver screen in Kal Ho Na Ho are just unforgettable. The expression which he showed at the very last moment in Chak De when Indian hockey team won its final match makes it clear why he is so much adored by the opposite sex.

Believe it or not but girls nowadays have become so crazy about SRK that they have forced their boyfriends to undergo facial surgery in order to get dimples on their cheeks like SRK. They think that it makes the boys look really very cute and handsome.

Another reason why girls become so crazy about SRK is because of the topics they discuss. Generally any girl can fall in love with a guy who speaks to her continuously for about three hours (this fact has been scientifically proved). Thus if a girl sees an SRK movie (which is of course three hours in length) she can definitely fall in love with him for no reason whatsoever.

Thus the SRK fever that has hit the Indian girls is because of too much film watching. Generally the tendency of a girl to become emotionally absorbed into a film is quite high as compared to boys. Hence girls are found praising their favorite actors a lot as compared to guys.

These are the sole reasons why girls are thought to be so crazy about SRK. But truly speaking it is the characters that the girls are in love with. And when SRK perfectly handles the characters that the girls had dreamed of, the girls are thrown into an illusion that they are in love with SRK.

I am speaking about those movies which have a computer specialist as their main character. But a computer specialist need not necessarily be a computer geek. A computer geek is someone who is actually interested in learning every nook and corner of a computer. He is someone who can fix any computer problems within seconds as also ruin any operating system within the flick of a second. Computer geeks are often confused with hackers. Every guy wants to be known as a computer geek. The reason is, because, the lifestyle of a computer geek is something really very special. Such lifestyles are generally adorned by people having flamboyant characters. Boys always dream of becoming a computer geek because of the impression that it creates on the people around them. And it is also a known fact that girls are sometimes really crazy about computer geeks. A computer geek is never interested in a job. Because of the huge number of things that a geek knows about a computer he is often found making money with the help of his personal computer in a number of ways. Usually all the funny animation stuff that we see on the internet is done by these very computer geeks. You give them a job regarding computers and their fingers will start running all around the PC.

Usually computer geeks like the casual lifestyle. They just hate going to jobs. They earn as much as they like by working out miracles with their dream machines. Such people are never bothered about the configuration of the computer in front of them as long as it works. They earn millions and millions of money with their practical knowledge in the field of computers. Usually they are most interested in the hardware part of computers. I have seen geeks removing the whole computer peripherals and reconnecting them in less then thirty minutes. These techno geeks do not create softwares. Instead they use readymade softwares in order to create various things that interest them. Usually geeks are very creative. You tell a geek to design the cover for a magazine and within no time he will start scribbling something on a piece of paper, feed it into the computer through a scanner and apply the necessary effects and colors to it using any software which supports vector images. They are always busy with some creative stuff on their computers.

You will never find such guys wearing formal dresses. Very rarely do such people bother about decent clothes. There is only one thing which a geek is bothered about: computers. The most surprising thing with such people is that they rock the place wherever they go. They know the meaning of fun and joy. They are always found to be very successful in their lives. Many a people envy the love and prosperity that these geeks enjoy from the people around them. Being a computer geek is a very difficult job for those who want to become one. On the other hand it is very easy to be recognized as a computer geek for someone who just loves hanging around with computers. In order to be a computer geek you need to have a great zeal to learn about the various things that can be done using your computer.

To be a geek you need to know all about the internet, LAN, WAN, OS management, BIOS setup, installation of OS, Disc partitioning, Adobe Photoshop, MS office, Website designing, database management, etc. Do remember one thing very well, if you want to be a computer geek you need to know about all the pin points of a computer and their working. You will be sought for, by your friends when they will be purchasing any electronic gadget. You need to know about all the leading companies and their latest gadgets released in order to get recognized as a geek. Anything goes wrong with somebody’s computer; you should be able to tell the most probable error which has occurred by just listening to the complaints of your friend. Say, a friend of yours tells you that he is getting a blue screen display on his monitor; you should be immediately able to tell him that his PC’s RAM is corrupted. Someone tells you about some problems like a disabled task manager you should be immediately telling him that it is a virus and it can be easily removed with the help of an updated anti-virus. Also you should keep a track of the various smart phones and motherboards which are available in the market and are acknowledged for their ultimate performance by the leading computer magazines. Always make sure that you know the basic configurations required for:

Also keep in touch with the cutting edge technology. How To Get Silky Hairs?

Good looking hairs easily grab the attention of the crowd around you. Read on to know the various things which can make your hairs absolutely soft and silky.

We all like to have beautiful and silky hairs. But everybody is not gifted with smooth and soft hair. Actually if observed carefully you will find hairs of very different calibers. If you go to a dermatologist you will understand that different types of hairs need different care. This is quite true. You need to first introspect and ask yourself, “What type of hairs do I have?”. For your convenience let me make things a bit clear by telling you about the huge range of hair types that are commonly encountered around us.

First of all you need to understand if your hairs are dry or oily. This can be easily understood. Just shampoo your hairs and let them dry. By the end of the day if your hairs become a bit sticky your hairs are oily. If your hairs look very dull and pale then they are dry hairs. This is the first step that has to be carried out. Later you can adopt suitable techniques in order to make your hairs look healthier and beautiful.

That was for those having dry hairs. As for the ones having oily hairs wash your hairs with a shampoo (without conditioner) carefully so that the oil on the scalp is washed away. Also do not shampoo your hairs too much; it will damage your hair. Do not go for very strong shampoos like “Clinic Plus”! The Pantene shampoos offer you a plethora of choices so that you can choose the product that suits you the best. You may also go for imported brands. Just remember that the type of shampoo you use should suit the type of hairs you have.

There is another very good solution for people who have problem in choosing the type of shampoo that suits them the most. The Shikakai powder is the best solution for all types of hairs. It can remove all the oil from your hair and leave your scalp and hairs squeaky clean. Another advantage of using Shikakai is that it is free from chemicals. Which means that you can use it everyday without the fear of loosing your hairs due to daily shampooing. It is the best solution for all types of hairs.

Another important thing to note is that there are plenty of hair-oils present in the market. All these hair oils have their own purpose for staying in the market. The costly almond oil and olive oil are very beneficial to the hair but their prices are way too high for the common man to use them for hair care. Instead of going for these very costly oils, go for the Himani Navratna hair-oil. Do not use this everyday (you might catch cold if you use it everyday) but apply it at least once in a weekend. It has Ayurvedic value to it and hence is very beneficial for the mind and body. It can improve concentration because of its stress relieving feature. Also do not be fooled by thinking that a rich lathering shampoo is a good shampoo. Also if you face problems like: ‘I am facing dandruff problems since I started using Shikakai powder’ then please remember to use a lot of water to wash the powder off your hairs. The dandruff which people complain about is nothing but the remains of the powder on their scalp resulting due to improper washing of hairs.

Coming to the hair-combing part. Do not use very strong styling gels and make your hairs fully flat by running a comb (with very less width between its teeth) through them. Remember that hairs look very beautiful if you let them take the curves they like. Natural hairs look lot more beautiful than artificially straightened hairs (Hrithik’s curly hairs in Krrish justify this statement). Doctors might say that hairs are meant to be dry and that the oil produced by the scalp is more than enough to take care of your hairs. But this is definitely not so true. Do not listen to such people. Also do not go for hair coloring. They usually contain chemicals like hydrogen peroxide which decolorize your hair and harm them a lot. They will also weaken your eyesight.

As for the cutting part, if you have very curly hairs which do not suit you if grown long, try a short hair cut. Short hairs look very decent and need less care as compared to long hairs. You will be relieved of the trouble of shampooing very often as short hairs do not get dirty so quickly. If you have straight hairs which need little combing you can go for long hairs. If you have dense and thick hairs keep your hairs short. This will help you clean your scalp so that you do not get dandruff growing all over your head like mushrooms.

Why Does A Boy Need A Girl

We all search for someone in our lives. But, we never know why we do it. The team of cool guys reaches for the coolest guys around and tries to search for the answer.

We all try to find someone among the opposite sex to have personal relationships with. But, most of us never know why we do it. I took a gang of friends and reached out for all the Romeos in our college asking them about their views and opinions on this topic. At around six o clock in the evening I and my friends collected all the facts and started discussing the topic in more detail.

Take any college, and you will find that the issues of love are waiting to be spread out like the Swine Flu viruses. A cool guy in my class who was rejected by the girl he loves the most says: “its not that I want to enjoy a few moments in privacy with her. Its just that I feel like being with her, I feel like seeing her again and again. I do not remember even one single moment in my life (since I’ve seen her) when I could think about her and yet did not end up doing so. I think about her whenever I can.” Confused by the reply we asked him, “don’t you think that it is a huge waste of time?” Being a poet he slowly laughed and raised his eyes. He said, “What do you do when you are free?” I said, “I just play some music or see any movie.” To which the cool guy questioned, “Why?” I replied, “Because it gives me peace. Whenever I listen to songs I do not feel the pace with which the time passes by.” He smiled and said, “it’s the same with me. Whenever I think about her, I don’t feel the punch of the time passing by. I feel very happy the moment I think about her, though I would be even happier if I could just spend a few moments just peeping into her beautiful watery eyes. Such a thought itself makes me so relaxed and joyful.”

Mark my words the above said guy is really a very cool lover. He showed me the poems he had written on her. I was just shocked to see those cool words weaved together so beautifully as to outstand the beauty of the grandest necklaces around. His poems made me feel as if he had found a heaven for himself within that girl. Even I had never noticed the beauty of the girl as it was laid out in his cool poems. He had written everything about the girl in pin point detail in such a wonderful manner that I stayed stunned for a few moments.

Our team later advanced to another guy who had a girlfriend. When asked for the reason to fall in love he replied, “To me it’s just a matter of passing my lonely time with some girl. I used to chat with her on the mobile during late nights. One day we both were in a romantic mood. She threw in a few messages with a hint of the special feelings she had for me. I was anyhow searching for someone to spend time with. So I just opened my mouth wide open like a crocodile and welcomed the fish which was ready to walk in.” We asked him if he had ever praised her. He answered in the affirmative. We asked him to describe her beauty in a few words and he went on with some filthy filmy dialogues which were more of a headache than a poem. One thing was quite sure. He did not love the girl. He just went on with the turns that his life took. He was never ever serious about the girl. He had just accepted her just because he wanted a girlfriend no matter who she was or what she was. Beware of such people if you are someone who believes in true love. If you want a play boy such people are just the sort of easy go lucky guys you want.

Now the actual question stood in front of us. What do cool guys usually want? Generally those guys who are very hard working need someone to soothe their minds. These guys do not take girls seriously unless they are married to them. They are just a bit curious to speak a few sweet things with a girl so as to lose the booze which makes their brains ache quite too often. Such people are bothered about only one thing in their lives: success! To reach out for the ladder to success they will use anybody who comes their way. Whereas, guys who are a bit emotional are much interested in finding a person who can tweak their moods in tougher times. These guys have a very different nature and get hurt very easily. Whenever they are hurt, their wounds can be healed very effectively by a very compassionate partner. Hence such guys always try to find someone who will give them a shoulder the moment they feel like crying. Such guys usually lack a feeling of self confidence and often find themselves entangled in the hurricanes of battlefield. If such people get the exact person they are searching for, they can possibly conquer the whole world for the happiness of their lover; these cool guys are usually triggered with the drug of love. The other category is the category of crazy lovers who are fanatically crazy about a girl. They can be obsessed by any quality of the feminine. Often such people are good poets. They think about their loved ones all the time and find happiness in the company of their partners. To such guys, success, money and power look like the dust of one’s feet. If their wife is an admirer of good art she will always find happiness in this out and out romantic Romeo. If these people are attracted by the physique of any girl they will go to the extremes of cutting their hands and writing letters with their blood in order to denote their love. They are least bothered about fame and hence, if a girl who is more of the ‘flamboyant’ and ‘flirting for fun’ type of character accepts such a boy in her life will suffer a lot. Also girls who dream of big fortunes and fames shall keep out of the reach of such people.

In our survey we came across one more cool guy who had a very good taste: in terms of rating the physique of ‘lust arousing chicks’, but was found loving a girl who had absolutely zero physical appeal. Though she was slim there were no signs of beauty or culture in her physique or face. When asked why he opted for such a girl he replies, “I have a good taste in the field of choosing exorbitantly attractive chicks having a great sexual appeal in their lifestyles, yet I chose to have a dull looking girl. The reason is, because, I believe that hot looking chicks are usually non-virgins! And I hate the idea of having a lover who had been used by someone else before me.” I wasn’t surprised to find out that he could bear the idea of eating with somebody else in the same plate but he could not bear the idea of seeing his lover being emotionally or physically interacting with some other guy. Leave alone the matter of seeing such a thing, the way he was speaking it was clearly visible that he could not even bear hearing of such a fact from somebody else. Such guys usually breakup very easily with their lovers the moment they doubt the loyalty of their partners. The surprising fact was that this girl was actually his second lover (not leaving aside the fact that the girl also had an ex-boyfriend). These people are also very ‘trying to find fault with the other’ type. They are very loyal to their lovers and expect the same response from the other end. But as nature has it, it is often found that it is very difficult to lead a peaceful life with such a person no matter how faithful you are with him/her. Some among them might sustain the pain for quite a while till things become quite clear. But if they come to know that their doubt has turned out to be true they may kill anyone in their way with the flames of their anger. Choose such a guy only if you think you can convince him in such delicate matters. These people believe in leading a very faithful marital life. If they get the sort of warm and affectionate wife they yearn for, they can taste the fruit of success very easily provided their loved one stays by their side all the time.

Now I will speak of a very different category of cool guys. In fact, this is my own case too. Guys like me who like to give good advice to others, usually try to find a mate who has a good conscience rooted deeply in the bottom of their hearts. I personally prefer those girls who believe in things like culture and benevolence. To me the physical beauty does not appeal much. Instead I prefer going for someone who has a warm heart like that of a mother. Such girls have a very strong attitude towards their life. They will accept almost anything that comes their way. They always stand by the side of their spouses and smile even in the most troubled situations. Such girls always have a smile on their face because they believe that this smile of theirs can make the most difficult times seem like a bubble in the water which vanishes God knows where if faced with a brave heart. These girls actually strengthen the members of their family. Their dressing sense is very sensible. They will never wear tight or transparent clothes so as to expose their bodies and get all the eyes turning towards their private body parts. These girls are usually fat and hence rejected by males on the grounds of their lacking of a good physical structure. The reason why these girls look so plain is because they are least bothered about getting a slick and slim body which will make the passersby go all wet and wild. Instead they are always focused on seeing their close ones happy forever and forever. Such girls are so plain that many a time their inner beauty goes unnoticed and hence they never get a boyfriend in their youth. They do not even opt for an affair in their life. The boys who look out for such girls are nothing different either. Such pairs are usually happy with the lifestyles of middle-class people. These girls are often regarded as Gajagamini in the scriptures of ancient India. ‘Gaja’ means elephant. Thus the term denotes a girl with elephant like characteristics. They never rush things. They are plain, simple and fat yet very beautiful to look at. They are very good listeners and have very sharp ears. The eyes of elephant are usually designed in such a manner that they magnify the size of the objects they see. Thus such people always give respect to the people around them as they can see the greatness of the person standing in front of them. They are very humble and sweet personalities. Their smiles make the environment lively. They love the beauties of nature. They like hanging around with their spouses and have a very caring attitude. They like to help good people. They are often found giving donations to institutions having a good motto. They are innocent and speak very sweet words to soothe the minds of their loved ones.

So decide the category you belong to and watch out for your minus points if any. Always try to reduce your mistakes. That’s what life is about. Rectify your mistakes and try to become the cool guy you had dreamed of.

Cyclists And Cycling Trends

A little bit of cycling everyday can provide the solution to most of our physical as well as ecological problems. Read on further to know the various benefits of cycling.

A few days back I was glad to see a photograph in the newspaper showing fat people cycling through the city roads towards the municipal corporation. On reading further I was shocked to know that these people were great officials working at the municipality. I wondered who gave them this innovative idea for solving their physique and health problem. The reason why they actually took this step was to dissolve the fats accumulated in their body. But they also did it for solving the ecological problems of this world. The reporters took their chance and hyped the innovative step taken by the officials to fight the global problems. The article later stated that they had planned to go to their office everyday by cycling their way through the city roads. It seemed a bit heavy to adjust the fact that the youngsters who are still energetic are fighting with their parents for a bike whereas in this case the opposite was going on.

Cycling actually comes with a lot of advantages. With two kilometers of cycling everyday the chances of heart attack decreases by a substantial amount thus ensuring you a salubrious heart. Cycling is one of the best exercises around the world. Unlike other exercises cycling makes your feet very strong. The best part is that whenever you feel tired you can just rest on the seat and enjoy the view of the nature around you. If you would watch the professional cyclists who take part in the cycle rally’s you would recognize what I am speaking about. Cycling tones your body and gives it the perfect shape it desires. With enough cycling you will observe the shape of your waist alters slightly thus giving you the sleek and slick look you yearn for. If you observe the cyclists you will find out that they do not build fats. The reason is because even a little bit of cycling on an upward slope can give you the effect which is obtained from a gym. If you want six packet abs consider cycling upwards a slope and you will feel those curves fighting their way out of your stomach.

Usually it is the cyclists and the Olympic champions who yearn for the perfect body, reason being- their profession. In this profession you need to consider the slightest of all things in order to cut through the winner’s rope before anybody else. The reason why cyclists maintain such a cool physique is because it reduces the wind pressure on their body thus making it easier for them to cycle against the wind. They use the science of aerodynamics in order to encounter lest air resistance and to cycle towards their goal with much ease. It has been proved that a fit and muscular body can avoid the resistance offered by the wind to a much greater extent. The cyclists are not bothered about big round and hard muscles. All they need is a cool body with a few muscles around it which will allow the wind to slip past their bodies thus lessening the force and hence the amount of work required to complete the race. This is one of the reasons why they wear short and tight clothes during a cycle race. The cool part is that the cyclists do not do too much workouts. Their workouts mostly consist of simple aerobics exercises which can tone their bodies and give them good shape.

The reason why cyclists do not do much body building workouts is because they don’t need to. The cycling which they do everyday is found to be more than enough in maintaining their bodies. Most of the cyclists get their six pack abs without much workout headaches. So if you want those six packs you must consider adding cycling to your workout schedule. It is also a known fact that the seventh handsome of the world and the best body builder of Bollywood Salman Khan is also very much fond of cycling. The reason- it is a very easy and wonderful way of getting a cool body.

Now let me remind you that there are many types of cycles available in the market. If you want to ride through steep slopes very easily consider going for the gear cycles. If you want an all-rounder it would be better considering the sports cycle or the Hindustani cycle. They both are very tough and offer you a comfortable drive. Though it will take some time for you to get adjusted to the sports cycle it is worth the effort for doing so. The reason why the sports cycles come with a bent handle which require you to bend your backs to reach out for it, is that it reduces the air pressure thus making it easier for you to maintain your speed against the winds. The mountain bikes are used by people who need to cycle across mountains where hard tyres are required. Thus you may choose the cycle which suits you the best according to your needs. I prefer going for the stylish yet practical sports cycles. It is quite surprising to note that many eyes turn towards me while I cycle my way towards the college. On the other hand if I take my brother’s motorbike to my college, very few people turn back to see me. This is one of the mysteries I could never solve. That’s why I feel far more better cycling my way towards the college. It makes me look more cool and stylish with a sports cycle running below me.

It is a matter of great concern to save the petroleum below this earth crust for future purposes. Burning a large amount of fuel will definitely make us helpless in the mere future when the entire petroleum beneath the earth will be over. At least use cycles to go to places which are within the distance of a few kilometers. This will be helpful to us on the personal as well as the global level. Campus Interviews

The campus season is slowly showing its blooming face. Though the conditions aren’t so favorable yet, it seems as if “Mr. Recession” is slowly waving a sayonara to all the troubled engineers.

To all the engineers out there in the crowd, there is a very good news coming their way. The faces of the passing-out engineers and passed-out engineers are slowly glowing again by knowing the fact that the recession period is now slowly fading away with time. There are many positive hopes coming our way in the upcoming months. The devil of recession which had rendered so many people jobless is now departing from our nation. Let the blessings of Lord be always bestowed upon us.

Now, as the sun of recession is setting, how about reading a good article about the various things that can help us get good jobs. First of all know what you want. Open the doors of your heart and ask your heart what it wants to become. There are many people out there in the crowd who were very much interested in animation and car designing but ended up as software engineers because of the ease with which the jobs were available and also because of the temptation which was created in their minds due to the huge packages they were offered with. Result- they were thrown out of the company during the recession period as they did not show the necessary dedication which was expected by the company managers. Whereas those who did not bother about the money part and just stuck to the fields they liked the most were never chucked out because of the dedication they showed towards their jobs. That is why it is very necessary to know what you want to become in your life.

Second thing- Be very careful with your resumes. The simpler it is, the greater are the chances for you to get selected. If a company demands very high percentage (it is quite evident that they will ask for people with high percentage because they want hard working quality engineers) try to go for it. Try to avoid small software companies. They will definitely throw the freshers away during difficult times. Try to join big companies in the software field. In other fields, recession does not hit so hard. So if you are looking out for a software job try to join big companies which are widely recognized at the international level. Wipro provides much job security as compared to Infosys. So decide well as to which company suits you the best. Take a close look at the performance of the company and the policies laid out by them for the benefit of their workers. Do not wear very complex or sluggish dresses while going to interviews. Do not worry too much about the mistakes you make during the interview. A mistake can be rectified by concentrating on the present situation. Never be too conditioned on getting a job. Have a free mind. There are lots of companies out there giving tons of opportunities to interested people. Never be too afraid about the idea of being thrown out during the interview. Play your part and free your mind. Leave the rest up to them and you will be surprised to find out that your confidence levels will boost up when you walk in with such an attitude. Never feel too frustrated. And always remember that the interviewer is watching you. Each and every thing you do will be noticed by the interviewer. So do not fiddle around or chat with someone on your mobile phone.

The reason why so many students are afraid during the interview is because they imagine instances where they cannot answer the interviewer. So it is better to think that you have all the necessary things that are required to pass the interview. If this also does not work out just try to think that all the people around you are lame people and do not know much about the subject as compared to you. This will bring down the beats of your heart. Be very confident during the interviews. The basic requirement of any company is good English. So tweak your English speaking skills and try speaking with an eloquent style. Doesn’t matter if you use simple words but use it with much efficiency. Also try to use a few phrases which can make your speech a bit different. Do not forget to use question tags. These leave a very good impression on the mind of the person who is interviewing you. Also do not forget to stay in touch with the current events. The interviewers will be interested in knowing if you have good reading skills and will hence ask you about the paper you like reading the most. In terms of quality I find Deccan Herald to be the king of all the papers in Karnataka. Indian Express is also a good one but it loses it out to the likes of TOI and Deccan Herald in Karnataka. Whereas if you are in Maharashtra you will find that the quality of Indian Express is just awesome. So never forget to take a look at all the different papers that are around you and decide on which one is the best. If you are not so good at English consider asking about it to an English expert friend or any English teacher of yours. Generally throughout India TOI and Indian Express have a good feedback. Remember, your best paper has to be the one which you know very well. You will be asked question like “why do you like _____ paper so much?” Do not try to show off by saying that you like it because it has a very good quality. Instead focus on the things that you like the most in your paper. For e.g. Indian express comes with very good supplements during Fridays and Sundays. This makes up for a very impressive answer. Also make it a point that the paper you read suits your interests. Like say TOI gives a very good summary of the Sports events. So you make it a point by saying that as TOI gives a very good summary of the matches in the Sports section you prefer reading it rather than the other papers. Also remember the sequence of the categories as in your favorite paper. E.g.:

1. International news

2. National news

3. Districts

4. Business

5. Sports

6. Metro

7. Special features…….

One thing to remember during the interviews is that the smartness of your brain is of much importance. If you think that tidying up yourself is going to help you a lot then let me tell you that you are mistaken. No wonder the first impression is made by your overall looks, but later it is the smartness of your brain which is going to save you. Always try to enter such interviews where your score is a bit more than the cut-off which is set by the company. So that if you end up having a tie with some other person your marks will help you get the job.

Wear dresses of good quality during an interview. I agree that by the end of the day your dresses will lose all their shapes and the stiff iron which was applied to it, but a good dress gives you much dignity and you will feel more involved in the game. Also remember that in interviews it is getting selected which is more important and not pulling others down. If you constantly grab chances and do not allow others to speak you will be definitely chucked out. So do not attack everybody like a mad bull having large horns. Always speak when you get the chance to speak. Always speak differently. Let your way of approach separate you from others. Have face to face contact with everybody in the campus hall (leaving aside the tea and snacks suppliers).

In the list of your favorite subjects in the resume write only those subjects that you know from top to bottom. Anything asked and you should be able to answer them as in a rapid fire round of the quiz contests. Never leave any stone unturned. Take each and every chance to show your talents. Until and unless you open your mouth the interviewer will never know your strengths. Never show your weaknesses during the interview. Never shake or tremble much while answering the questions asked to you. If you are shaking too much just take a long breath and hold your breath this shall reduce the beats of your heart and bring your excitation under control. If the beats are way too large breathe out and hold the breath till your excitement reduces.

As for the clothes part, it is better to wear white shirt and black (or dark) trousers. Girls are well off with sarees. Do not show off under any circumstances. It is a very bad habit. Nobody likes people who show off too much. Wear a tie and a good blazer if possible. It is makes up for a very good dress code. Always have a smile on your face. Acne and Scars

Problem: I have severe acne on my face and back. I’ve been using various ointments for many years. My face has deep scars. I’ve been advised to go for abrasion. Will it help my scars or worsen.

Solution: Scarring is most commonly seen with the cystic type of acne which is the harshest and most painful form. Unlike usual acne the cystic acne takes a very long time to heal. It is also known for leaving horrible scars on the faces. Any invasive approach to treating cystic acne should be avoided as there is a risk of developing two types of scars- depressed or raised. Depressed scars are also called ice pick scars and can be shallow or deep. The shallow ones can give the skin a typical wave type appearance thus making it look older than usual. The deeper ones can be more deforming making the skin appear more like a cobbled road. Raised scars are called keloids and can appear quite unsightly. The best approach with cystic acne therefore should be non-invasive. Early treatment is the best solution. The first aim of the treatment should be to prevent newer acne and minimize scarring. Severe acne should never be ignored as just a part of growing up.

Problem: I have marks on my face after pimples never see to heal. More than the pimples I am more worried about the marks that are left behind on the face.

Solution: Post inflammatory Hyper Pigmentation (PIH) is a common cause for skin discoloration after cystic acne. It develops when acne causes inflammation, which triggers the skin to produce too much melanin. The excess melanin actually darkens the area for a very long time (even after the acne has been healed). This can make the face appear dark, blotchy and discolored. Rather than worrying about marks, make sure you are regular with your skin regimen, exfoliation and use of face packs so that you can prevent acne. And as a matter of fact if the acne is prevented, marks will not be formed at all.

Music-The Paradise Of Modern Times

We hear so many songs everyday, but, do you know what really makes them so melodious and juicy? Even in these modern times there are so many people who are interested in music. Technology has no wonder made Pop music and also the movies much smarter and much advanced than before. It is the modern cool musicians who add spice to this juicy dish with their plethora of musical instruments. Read on to unbox a few facts related with this great skill.

We all listen to so many songs everyday. But, we do not bother to know about the pains taken to write these songs, and neither do we bother to know about the magician who makes the song so beautiful with his genuine skills and imagination. The singers have only one job to do- sing as the musician says. The real creative work is actually done by this great magician of music who makes even the simplest of all songs seem so melodious and sweet with the magic of his musical instruments. Music is divine.

But, do the rockers of the modern technical day have that punch in their music so as to beat the musicians of the past era. As for my part, I deny it. The power of music as witnessed by the ancient people is just amazing. If somebody would ask me- what is paradise I would undoubtedly say -it is music. There is a lot of difference between music and noise. Somebody has said that music is something which when played should not even disturb the animals in the surroundings. And anything which irritates a person’s mind is called as noise. The second part is true but the former one- not really! The fact is that anything which is very subtle and very sweet to hear is called as music. And anything which makes the birds and the animals around your area to run away is called as noise. Music is something which soothes your mind and removes any kind of depression within you the very moment you hear it. That is why, it has been found out that during ancient times whenever a great singer would sing, the animals and birds of the surrounding would come rushing towards him in order to listen to his songs. We will speak about this in more detail in the upcoming context.

The greatest of all musicians I think was Beethoven. Even today his symphony sends us to paradise for a few moments. He was a musician who created and played music at the spiritual level. We all know about his story. He created the greatest melodies of his lifetime when he had become deaf. The fact was that ‘Beethoven could actually listen to the music through his head’. And undoubtedly it was his pure desire to create music which gifted him with this sixth sense to create music. I cannot speak muck about him for I have not seen him. But surely he was a musician having unbelievably high abilities in music creation. And of course not to forget Mozart.

A musician actually has to know every musical instrument and the type of sound produced by it in order to prove himself as a good musician. Music is a very vast field and in order to be a very good musician you need to be at least a jack of all the instruments. But if you want to be an excellent performer like A.R.Rehman you need to be a master of all these instruments. This does sound difficult, but in actual practice is a lot more difficult than this. Just try to put yourself into a situation where there are nearly about fifty expert musicians around you and are waiting for your command to start moving their fingers on their musical wands. All their music has to be synced together in order to obtain the perfect sound which you had imagined of. This undoubtedly requires a lot of practice and also a very high determination. Because in this field the jack of all trades never wins, instead, it is the master of all trades who cuts through. If you need to know how much determination is required in order to learn this commendable skill, just spend a few hours looking at how the Oscar winning musician A.R.Rahman spends his time trying to create music. His work starts at around ten o clock during the night and ends at around twelve o clock in the morning. So how does it sound? Really cool, doesn’t it? And the money feedback they get is also not so great for the tremendous amount of effort they put into it. This field tests your patience a lot, because, during video recording, the shot can be broken into smaller parts and the shoot can be finished without much effort, but, a song is a continuous take. So if even one single instrument loses the rhythm or rhyme, the whole thing has to start right from where it had begun.

Whatever be the pain taken in order to create the song, but, the result which you achieve afterwards makes you feel that it is just worth the effort. The above words definitely make us feel that the job of a musician is a huge headache. But ever go and ask a musician and he will reply saying “to me it isn’t a pain. I just enjoy creating music”. The reason why the musicians do not feel that their job is a nuisance is because they get completely absorbed into the mood of tweaking the existing tones in order to get the perfect blend among the tones. They become completely thoughtless during this process and sometimes do not even feel physical pains (such as back pain or eye irritation) or hunger alarms because of their keen interest in getting the tones right. They spend hours together in front of the computer listening to the recorded tune and tweaking it. Thus it can be said that “to an artist the real target is to improve his/her art and yield the best possible performance”. A true artist demands nothing more than a few words of praise for his piece of art. But what do we give instead: criticism. Whatever good thing is created by an artist is sure to have criticism. The criticizers should think as to how they will feel when they create something with extreme love and passion and someone suddenly jumps in and says that his art is anti-religious or anti-society. I agree that there are some people out there in the crowd who create really very horrible stuff which poses a threat to the ethics of the society. But now the days are such that the artists have stopped creating masterpieces because they are absolutely fed up of the critics.

Now the condition is such that the critics are criticizing the critics because all the artistes have stopped creating art.

Trust me, those who criticize, are the ones who really do not know even a pinch about the art which they are criticizing. The reason why they criticize is to get noticed. Criticizers are people who have no ethics, but, want to make their significance in the society as a genuinely talented person who thinks in a very different manner and lays down his ideas in a very eloquent manner. These people do not know the pains taken by the artistes in creating these things. If they would know it, they would think a hundred times before criticizing anybody else’s work. Read the following paragraph which tells the story of a very famous western sculptor who is recalled even today for the great masterpieces he had created during his time.

Once Michelangelo had carved a very beautiful statue of Saint David. And finally the day arrived when the statue had to be disclosed to everybody. The moment the statue was disclosed somebody pointed out: everything is fine, but still, I think that the nose of the statue requires a little amendment. Everybody knew that the nose was perfect but the king still insisted that the nose be tweaked a little bit. The great sculptor understood the situation at hand and quickly took a chisel, a hammer and some dust which was lying on the ground. He went to the statue and acted as if he were shaping the nose of the statue. After finishing the job he turned back and the king replied: Now the statue is perfect. I knew that the nose was a little crooked.

See? That’s what the critics do. Even when everything is fine they insist that something is wrong and leave behind a suggestion which can only destroy the beauty of that art. The musicians have to face all these problems during their journey through the creative life. You might be thinking that the above story ran a bit out of the point. But it did not. Even today many a singers who prepare good compositions get a lot of abuses over the internet regarding the social issues that are being created due to their songs.

Believe it or not, in Karnataka when Sonu Nigam sang a few songs for a very successful film called as Mungaru Maley, the local singers criticized the director because he had paid Sonu with an exceedingly high amount. They said that this act made the Karnataka singers feel disheartened because a non-kannadiga was paid with a sum which was much higher than that paid to most of the local Kannadiga singers. But nobody came forward and said that the amount paid was worth the quality of the songs sung by Sonu.

These things made me write about such horrible people who are all around the place trying to pull the legs of the most successful artistes. This is basically a very cheap behavior. Artistes have to be praised for what they give to us because the main intention in the mind of an artiste is to get public satisfaction and praise. Those beautiful throats and instruments are toiling so hard just because they want to please you who are sitting out there in the crowds. So, enjoy good music and have a cool day !!!!!

Marriage- Love Or Arranged

Read on to know how the lives of couples end up in hell due to the ignorance showed by the modern youngsters towards the protocols of this auspicious ceremony.

We can see many examples of people who end up into utter distress after their marriages. Why is it so? Is it because of the modern culture adopted by the couple? Or is there any spiritual reason behind it? It has got both the twists actually. If you want to read this article you have to make up your mind for a few minutes and blindly accept Indian horoscopes and Indian Astronomy for a few minutes. The reason shall become evident as you go on reading the article.

The first question is: - Which marriage shall one opt for: love marriage or arranged marriage? I saw a very interesting quote written behind an auto-rickshaw which read “Love marriage is Red, Arranged marriage is Green” this makes things a bit clear. I partly agree with this. Because all love marriages do not end up in distress. There are many couples living out there in the huge crowd who are very happy with their choices, and, there are also plenty of others who have accepted their parents’ choice and are living a very happy life as well. Let us take a dive deeper into this subject.

Those who want to marry the one whom they like are the ones who do not know the quality of compromise. If such people are forced into an arranged marriage they will always compare their wives with the girl whom they loved and will always find faults in their wives. They are the ones who do not like restrictions of any sort. These people think that they are very practical and can take their own decisions. Many a times even if they are wrong they argue with themselves that they did the right thing at the right time. Such people can never adjust with the surroundings and want everything to run as they wish. These people are much business oriented and live their lives in a practical manner. They never believe in their parents’ decision. They always try to find faults with others but never with themselves. Such people cannot think of anything like an arranged marriage. At the most if they are independent in thinking and yet take the decisions after consulting their parents, such people will agree upon a love come arranged marriage. And as they are very successful in their carriers their parents do not object the decisions taken by them. But if such people are brought up in a very strict environment they will do what their parents fear the most. Run away with somebody! Such people should talk to their parents and settle things their way. Their tastes are very different and they cannot be forced to adjust with the situation. If such people are forced into an arranged marriage they will get very frustrated and have a row with anybody who comes their way. They will break the peaceful environment of their houses and make the whole surrounding violent with their temper. So if you belong to this category I think it is time for you to go to your parents and tell them right away about everything that is going on in your mind. Do not worry about the further circumstances. You will anyhow have to face it someday. And if at all you are forced into an arranged marriage don’t worry. Time heals wounds. Just put your attention to the good qualities within the girl you will be married to and you will definitely start loving her within a day. Everybody has their own plus points and minus points. After all beauty isn’t just everything that you see inside a girl in order to live with her or maybe even love her. All you need is a girl who will stand by you under every circumstance and fill you with supreme confidence. Truly speaking, if you get a girl who loves you the most in this world you don’t need any other thing to make your life more beautiful. Beauty fades with time but true love doesn’t. So if you want to love someone just make sure that you will be able to love her throughout your life. If you are interested in her physique then you do not love that girl but are interested in having physical relationship with that girl throughout your life. If she loses her physical appeal after marriage you will undoubtedly search for another chick to hang around with. This will destroy two lives altogether. So please be careful. If you are such a person I advise you not to marry at all. You will be simply wasting a girl’s life in order to fulfill your lust.

The other category consists of guys who always depend upon their parents for taking the most important decisions of their life. But they do not always agree with the will of their parents. They will think in all different ways and discuss all the different situations with their parents. Finally they will settle down when they find that a particular decision will benefit them from almost every direction. This opinion of theirs will be submitted to their parents and finally the bill of their will, will be passed. This category also includes guys who leave the decision part to their parents and just keep on doing the job assigned to them. These guys are the ones who can live happily with every decision of their parents. They will not even look back to see if the girl chosen by their parents suits their taste or not. The reason is because these guys do not have any taste of their own. They do not search for anything in their lives. They are just happy with everything and accept everything which comes their way. The above two categories usually opt for arranged marriage. They do not take any decisions directly and have faith in the decision taken by the elders because they have faith in their parents’ experience. This is quite sensible. It is true that our parents are very mature as compared to us and can take the right decisions for us. But if the parents are impractical and are interested in the dowry part offered to them by the other side, such marriages will also end up in despair. So it is up to you to take the right decision. After all it is your life. It is you, who has to live with the girl for a whole lifetime. If your parents are interested in the dowry part do not just nod your head like an innocent bull and get yourself culled with a garland around your neck.

All this was regarding the practical concerns. Now let us take a look at the cultural concerns.

In India we have a thing called as Kundali which has the details of the position of the stars and the zodiac in which we are born. Believe it or not there are many people out there in the crowd who take a look at our birth date, Zodiac and the star which has its influence on us and tell the nature of that person just as it is. They earn in millions and trillions with their knowledge in this field. This is actually based on a very ancient science which had been discovered by our forefathers and is very useful while determining the exact match for a person. It has a thing called as gunas which have to be matched by looking at the horoscopes of the boy and the girl. If substantial number of gunas match, the pair is said to live a very happy and joyous life. The word gunas actually means characters. The gunas can be thought of as different aspects of ones character. If all the characters match, the marriage is assumed to be a very auspicious one and the groom is assured lots of luck from the bride’s influence. This seemed very funny at the beginning but I found out that in many a cases the predictions of the horoscopes are absolutely foolproof. I can give you many examples regarding this topic. The divine play becomes very evident when we take a look at the following example.

A girl was married to a guy by a broker. The broker had taken the horoscopes of the bride and the groom and reported that the horoscopes matched very well. Then the real story began. The broker went to the groom’s house a year later in order to see how the couples were doing. As soon as he entered the house the parents of the groom caught the broker and beat him till he was half dead. Reason? The marriage proved to be very fatal and had destroyed the peace of the house. The groom was very unhappy and was very disappointed with his life. He had become lunatic and was acting like a pervert.

The girl had a very dominating character and wanted everything to run as she wished. She told her husband to get separated from his parents. The guy refused to do so as he found no valid reason to take this decision. The girl started having a row with her mother in law everyday and created a great havoc in the house. The boy could not tolerate her nonsense and took the bold step of slapping his wife. The girl was egoistic in nature. She could not bear the insult done to her (insult- according to the girl). She did something which nobody could even think of. There was a very rich and handsome guy in their neighborhood. She took her chance and successfully flirted with him. The bad news was that the marriage of the married couple was not registered by now. So the girl took the decision of running away with that guy. But, even now the girl was not satisfied. Her husband had reported the news of his missing wife to the police station (the poor fellow did not know that she had fled away with his neighbor). The moment she came to know about this she hired a lawyer and lodged a complaint against her husband claiming that he had harassed her parents and had demanded a dowry of rupees twelve lakhs (she knew how much amount was present in her husband’s account). The parents of the girl were also criminal minded and decided to support their daughter’s claim. And then one day the police went to the groom’s home and arrested him after taking the statement from the bride’s parents. The groom was still under confusion. He never understood what was going on. But then, when he saw his wife coming to the court with his neighbor, things started becoming clearer. Everything went as the girl had planned. She told the court that the reason why she looked so happy in her marriage photographs was because she was harassed by the groom that if she would try to do something which expressed her refusal in accepting the groom he would kill her parents (which wasn’t true at all). As for the dowry part, the parents of the bride had withdrawn a sum of rupees twelve lakhs during her marriage and had lent it to their relatives who were in urgent need of money (the girl’s father was a money lender). The fact was that the girl’s father had himself urged the groom’s parents to take some dowry as it was a matter of status and respect for him. The court saw the date of withdrawal of the money from the bank and suspected that the claim laid out in front of them was true. Her husband worked as a garage mechanic and had a medium income which could not yield him such a huge amount. The amount in his account was actually the amount that his forefathers had gained and saved for their forthcoming generation. The boy was imprisoned for six months. In the seventh month he became lunatic and was shifted to the mental hospital. His parents were sentenced to imprisonment for five months. By the time they came out of prison everything went upside down. Luckily a very old friend of the boy’s father met the parents and revised the case in court. This guy was helped by the boy’s parents in his tough times. He proved to the court all the facts of the case and saved the money that the family had given to the girl’s family as compensation. The girl is now safe in the jail and the boy whom she had run away with is also giving good company to her behind the bars.

But how did all this happen when the horoscopes had matched perfectly. Here comes the real part of the story. The broker was not getting enough income to fill his stomach. All the youth who had applied for marriage were not making a good pair according to the horoscopes. The broker had to convince the parents of the bride and the groom using false statements in order to fill his family’s stomach. He anyhow did not believe in the horoscopes and hence paired the girl and the boy. Later when the girl’s horoscope was inspected by an expert it was found that the pair was a very horrible and opposite one in nature. It was clearly visible in the girl’s horoscope that she would be marrying twice in her lifetime. It was also clearly seen that the house she stepped into would become hell in no time. What about the boy’s horoscope? His horoscope clearly said that he had had relationships with many girls in his youth and as his time was really bad it became easier for god to punish him. As for the guy becoming lunatic and pervert, the people who knew his story did not agree to give him their daughter. And those who did not know his story refused him on the basis of his horoscope. The boy was anyhow a pervert. With the unavailability of a girl in his life he became a lunatic pervert!

Hence the moral of the story is: if you do not want to become a lunatic pervert, consult a good astrologer. Have a cool day !!!!

Many a people fell like marking their presence wherever they go and always fail trying to do so. Read on to know the various tricks of grabbing the attention of the crowd around you.

Many of my friends feel like becoming a man who lightens up the surrounding wherever he goes, a man who is always adored with bells and whistles. But they all fail trying to do so. The reason is because they never notice the things around them. They just blindly shoot an arrow in any direction and yet expect it to pierce the bull’s eye. And, as we all know, the chances of such a spear hitting the bull’s eye are way too low. Well, then how do we find out the solution to the problem at hand?

The solution is quite simple. You need to know ‘what kind of people’ are adored in which surroundings. Just look around. You just need to notice things. Say for example that you are going to a concert hall where a very famous musician is coming to give a show. Keep in mind that people are here to see the musician not you. So, you need not dress up in a very elaborate manner (like a groom at his wedding or something like that). I would suggest anything from a Kurta to a Shervani for such an occasion. The reason is quite simple- “it marks your presence”. The other advantage of this dress is that it matches the climate of the place you are going to- a concert hall. Another thing to keep in mind is- keep it simple and clean. People like simple guys. If you wear very complex and fashion filled dresses you will start exhibiting “inferiority complex”. The reason is that a complex dress actually makes you feel that you are something different and hence you will not mingle with the crowd or rather it might work the other way round too. So wear something very simple which shall suit you very well. Do not be too serious at occasions like- music concerts, marriage ceremony, etc. this will separate you from the attention of the crowd and you will be pushed away to some corner of the hall like a palanquin or something. Instead mingle with the people around you and have a little conversation with a smile on your face. A smile actually shows that you are interested in the climate around you. Also, good smiles grab the attention of the crowd much easily as compared to a good conversation. Always speak as less as possible. Speak only as much as is necessary during that particular instant. Else maintain silence and observe your surroundings. Just noticing things around you will teach you how to behave during that particular occasion.

In case of an interview, your dress code is of prime importance. In interviews looking good is a very important thing. Many a people judge you on the basis of your dress code during an interview. A person with a neat and clean dress code with hairs cut short and not trying to act too smart is always adored by the interviewers. Wear a simple shirt with a simple pant which is ironed well and looks very clean. In this situation you need to have a good taste of color combinations. Go for contrast colors. They are always the best. I would suggest a white shirt with a preferably dark pant. This combination works just fine with any person. As for the tie, wear a dark one. Avoid colorful ties. Some people hate some colors a lot. You might get disqualified if your tie’s color does not soothe the mind of the interviewer. Do not go for ties with designs on them. They look good in marriages, not here. When it comes to a formal wear avoid fashionable stuff as far as possible. Say a big no to clothes with designs on them at least till you come out of the interview hall. Shave yourself properly and apply a good cream to your face so that your skin does not look dry. Do not apply too much of make up. This will also spoil the show. Just keep in mind that your dress should tell the interviewer that you are a professional who is fit for the post which is vacant. If you are applying for the post of an engineer you should look like an engineer and not like a modern jockey or something funnier like a clown or anything likewise.

Body building has become a great trend and is found to be most popular with the modern youth. This time we at modern trends went to different gyms and met the greatest builders there. Read on to know their body building secrets and the workouts needed to get an awesome muscular body.

For the first time in my life I went to the gym in order to collect the information and facts about great body building secrets as followed by the Bollywood celebrities. Prakash a very close friend of mine, who looked very thin and weak, removed his shirt and I saw those beautiful cuts around his ribs. He had a very cool body and looked just great without a shirt on his chest. He had muscular ripples all over his body and looked very strong. I decided to do my body building workouts under his guidance.

Many youngsters do workouts for building a good body but their bodies are so out of proportion that the personality as a whole does not look so impressive. Some attend the gymnasium since a very long time but are unable to get those great cuts on their body, reason being, they do not follow procedure. All those who have done many body building workouts, and, yet haven’t got any significant body muscles, need to consult the gym master without feeling shy (after all he is being paid for it). You cannot advance in this field without the help of senior body builders. This is one of the fields where experience matters a lot.

Now let us take a look at the basic body building steps. First of all, you should be quite slim to initiate a body building schedule. If you have a tummy, better start with cycling or the jogging machine (I have used simple words so that everybody understands what I am speaking about). When you think that your body has achieved a good proportion, start with the body building process. The reason is because, in body building, the most important factor is to lose the fats accumulated in your body. This makes the cuts on your stomach and chest clearly visible. I have seen some friends of mine wearing sweaters and running around in the afternoon sun. I thought they were crazy and I was right: they really were crazy about body building. Also, if you are very thin you need to improve your diet. You need to eat a lot in order to tone your body and achieve the right expected proportionate body. If you are too thin, you can easily build your six pack abs by doing a little bit of abdomen exercise at your home. But, if you want those cool biceps and triceps decorating your arms consider eating like the poultry animals and toiling in the gym like a mad bull.

The whole body building process is based on these two simple facts. This once achieved will give you very good results in your body building workouts. Now let us take a quick look at the myths encountered in this field:

1. “Heavy workouts give bulky muscles”. This is the worst myth around. It isn’t heavy workout which is important it is a heavy weight which is more important. You need to increase the weight of the apparatus you are using in order to achieve good body building results. Your muscles will start blowing out when you become harder. In order to become more hard and strong you need to upgrade the weight of your dumbbells. The more weight you lift the stronger you become. Greater the force you apply during your workouts, greater will be the size of your muscles. So, lifting twenty kilograms a hundred times wont give you even half the effect of lifting fifty kilograms a mere two times.

2. “A pain after or during the workouts means that you are doing a good workout”. This is absolutely false. In fact if you are getting a pain it denotes that you are not doing your body building workouts in a proper manner. Do not be too harsh with your body. Doing this has many a times ripped the muscles of many great builders.

3. “Working a little bit with all the apparatus is a good solution”. It is not so. If you think that not using all the apparatus will waste your money you are right. But if you think that “if I do not use all the apparatus everyday my money will be wasted”, let me tell you that you are absolutely wrong. Is it the money which is more important or the final product which comes out of the gym? Read the following paragraph and find out why many a people going to the gym do not get the expected results in their body building programs.

The reason is quite simple. Many people use all the apparatus lying around in the gym. This is a very bad way of working out. I did it too, but now I have rectified my mistakes. It is advised to work on one specific part of your body each day. Say today you use all the equipment which will tone your chest, then, tomorrow use all the apparatus which tones your shoulders. Day after tomorrow work on your chest and so on. Always work systematically. Fat guys should do more workouts on their chest and arms to get a few quick results. Whereas those who are thin should work more on the abdominal area. This will give quick body building results which will be visible to everybody. If you take a lot of stress during your workouts your face will start changing and look very ugly. So do not squeeze the hell out of yourself to get the desired effect as quickly as possible. After all, a good face is also important.
