A little bit of cycling everyday can provide the solution to most of our physical as well as ecological problems. Read on further to know the various benefits of cycling.

A few days back I was glad to see a photograph in the newspaper showing fat people cycling through the city roads towards the municipal corporation. On reading further I was shocked to know that these people were great officials working at the municipality. I wondered who gave them this innovative idea for solving their physique and health problem. The reason why they actually took this step was to dissolve the fats accumulated in their body. But they also did it for solving the ecological problems of this world. The reporters took their chance and hyped the innovative step taken by the officials to fight the global problems. The article later stated that they had planned to go to their office everyday by cycling their way through the city roads. It seemed a bit heavy to adjust the fact that the youngsters who are still energetic are fighting with their parents for a bike whereas in this case the opposite was going on.

Cycling actually comes with a lot of advantages. With two kilometers of cycling everyday the chances of heart attack decreases by a substantial amount thus ensuring you a salubrious heart. Cycling is one of the best exercises around the world. Unlike other exercises cycling makes your feet very strong. The best part is that whenever you feel tired you can just rest on the seat and enjoy the view of the nature around you. If you would watch the professional cyclists who take part in the cycle rally’s you would recognize what I am speaking about. Cycling tones your body and gives it the perfect shape it desires. With enough cycling you will observe the shape of your waist alters slightly thus giving you the sleek and slick look you yearn for. If you observe the cyclists you will find out that they do not build fats. The reason is because even a little bit of cycling on an upward slope can give you the effect which is obtained from a gym. If you want six packet abs consider cycling upwards a slope and you will feel those curves fighting their way out of your stomach.

Usually it is the cyclists and the Olympic champions who yearn for the perfect body, reason being- their profession. In this profession you need to consider the slightest of all things in order to cut through the winner’s rope before anybody else. The reason why cyclists maintain such a cool physique is because it reduces the wind pressure on their body thus making it easier for them to cycle against the wind. They use the science of aerodynamics in order to encounter lest air resistance and to cycle towards their goal with much ease. It has been proved that a fit and muscular body can avoid the resistance offered by the wind to a much greater extent. The cyclists are not bothered about big round and hard muscles. All they need is a cool body with a few muscles around it which will allow the wind to slip past their bodies thus lessening the force and hence the amount of work required to complete the race. This is one of the reasons why they wear short and tight clothes during a cycle race. The cool part is that the cyclists do not do too much workouts. Their workouts mostly consist of simple aerobics exercises which can tone their bodies and give them good shape.

The reason why cyclists do not do much body building workouts is because they don’t need to. The cycling which they do everyday is found to be more than enough in maintaining their bodies. Most of the cyclists get their six pack abs without much workout headaches. So if you want those six packs you must consider adding cycling to your workout schedule. It is also a known fact that the seventh handsome of the world and the best body builder of Bollywood Salman Khan is also very much fond of cycling. The reason- it is a very easy and wonderful way of getting a cool body.

Now let me remind you that there are many types of cycles available in the market. If you want to ride through steep slopes very easily consider going for the gear cycles. If you want an all-rounder it would be better considering the sports cycle or the Hindustani cycle. They both are very tough and offer you a comfortable drive. Though it will take some time for you to get adjusted to the sports cycle it is worth the effort for doing so. The reason why the sports cycles come with a bent handle which require you to bend your backs to reach out for it, is that it reduces the air pressure thus making it easier for you to maintain your speed against the winds. The mountain bikes are used by people who need to cycle across mountains where hard tyres are required. Thus you may choose the cycle which suits you the best according to your needs. I prefer going for the stylish yet practical sports cycles. It is quite surprising to note that many eyes turn towards me while I cycle my way towards the college. On the other hand if I take my brother’s motorbike to my college, very few people turn back to see me. This is one of the mysteries I could never solve. That’s why I feel far more better cycling my way towards the college. It makes me look more cool and stylish with a sports cycle running below me.

It is a matter of great concern to save the petroleum below this earth crust for future purposes. Burning a large amount of fuel will definitely make us helpless in the mere future when the entire petroleum beneath the earth will be over. At least use cycles to go to places which are within the distance of a few kilometers. This will be helpful to us on the personal as well as the global level.
