Dull and Aged looking Skin

The reason why we look more dull than usual is because we adopt techniques which are modern and cumbersome. Seriously speaking, wearing torn jeans and sleeveless shirts is the major reason for these complaints. You cannot live like foreigners in India because “this is India”. The conditions and climates of our country are far more diverse as compared to those of the western countries. The sun in our country produces unbearable scorching heat, whereas, the sun available to the Europeans and also the Americans is not so harsh as to burn their skins. If you are a sports person in India you have to cover yourself with enough clothes so as to protect your skin from the scorching heat of the Indian sun.

Another good solution is to wear hats (not caps) during the summer when you walk out of your home. This protects your neck and face from the sun. Don’t believe the sunscreen creams and all those stupid things. They are meant for girls. They have absolutely no effect on the skin of males. Fair and handsome cream does help but only up to a certain limit. Make sure you do not have an oily skin if you want to apply it as a sunscreen lotion. Another major thing which affects the skin texture is your diet. Make sure that you eat food which is a rich source of vitamin C and E. These are very good anti-oxidants and will help keep your skin fresh and glowing. De-tanning treatments like peels with agents that suit your skin type can reduce the tan on your face and hands. Never forget to wear your sunglasses in summer if you do not use helmets while riding your bike. They help to keep the temperature of the rays reaching your eyes as low as possible thus giving your eyes a very soothe feeling. You can ask your doctor about anti-ageing treatments which will help you cope up with premature ageing.

Also do not forget to drink lots of juice and water during the summer. This keeps your skin balanced. Coconut water is a very good solution. Doctors used to tell these things before. But the doctors of today seem to be a lot more interested in money rather than their patients. One of your friends studying medicine can help you a lot with the diet part. Lemon juice and sugarcane juice are especially very helpful in these. Eating carrot and radish is also a good habit. Another very important thing to follow is to wear a banyan. Not wearing a banyan actually makes your skin dry, due to which its glow vanishes. The soft cotton cloth absorbs and dries your sweat. This also keeps you away from chest pains.

So summing it all up we come to two simple solutions. Wear enough clothes to protect yourself from the heat, and concentrate a little bit on your diet. That’s all for now, have a nice day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
