Body Building Secrets Of Great Bollywood Stars


When it comes to body building there is one person who cannot be overlooked: Salman Khan. This is the only guy whose body secrets are to be known. In a recent article I came across the fact that Salman Khan works much more as compared to Hrithik when it comes to body building. If Hrithik spends forty minutes in the gym, Salman Khan spends almost around two hours with his workouts “everyday”. Salman feels that his day is incomplete without workouts. He is also known to be a fitness freak. Do not forget to also take a look at who has the greatest body in Bollywood and leave comments so that modern trends can take a final decision.

The main part of Salman’s workouts is cycling. He does cycling for around ten kilometers per day whenever time permits. It is a main part of his cardio vascular exercises (exercises which increase the rate of heart beat and hence help in cutting down the excessive fats). He is also found cycling down the lane on the streets of Mumbai. It has been a well known fact that Salman khan loves cycling. Reports also state that he runs down the lane sometimes in order to lose the unnecessary fats that hide his body cuttings. Rest part of cardio includes jogging and skipping.

Whereas, the real secret behind Hrithik’s beautiful body is his diet. No oil, no butter are Hrithik’s mantra for maintaining his body fitness. His schedule includes forty minutes of workout (he works out for around four times a week). As for cardio, he does jogging, skipping and running for around twenty minutes (he does this around three times a week). Guddu eats only grilles, roasted and boiled food. He firmly believes that 90% of the body shape depends on the diet.

As Salman trained Hrithik (at the beginning) I think it would be enough to tell about the body building schedule of Salman Khan. Salman Khan cycles for around three hours everyday. He does round 1000 push-ups and 2000 sit-ups a day. Does one hour of cardio and spends one hour working out on two body parts at a time (concentrates most on biceps, triceps, back, chest and legs). Doe 50 ab crunches to get fabulour abs along with pull-ups and chin-ups.

As for SRK’s six pack ab secrets, he stressed a lot on diet. Low on carbohydrates, high on proteins and completely nil sugar intake. SRK also stressed on having a protein drink after every workout. There is actually no secret in SRK’s six pack abs. SRK’s body fats were all time low. Getting abs with such a lean body is no difficult task. He avoided oil completely and did ab crunches in order to shape his abs. But the diet followed by the actors is very strict. Moreover they get the spare time for toning their body, which is not possible for the aam aadmi who has to eat in order to live. Even with a lean body SRK had to do cardio exercises in order to lose the excessive fats. He ate meat as much as possible so as to build the abdominal muscles.

And now moving to the King who has stirred the airs of bollywood with a sturdy body built over a span of thirteen months. Yes you guessed it right: Aamir Khan. Aamir’s schedule was very strict. In fact it is almost impossible to cover his routine schedule in this small topic. But, in order to make the abs look more clearly Aamir avoided salt and water intake completely a few days before the shoot which is completely unhealthy and should not be tried by others. Aamir was just a bit high on protein intake. Aamir had worked for around three to four hours everyday to get that sturdy build. He did everything that he could and did not leave any part of his body “not toned”. In the case of Aamir Khan, he did everything he could to tone every single muscle of his body. There was no portion of the body-building process which was missed by him. He used every gym equipment and toned his body daily. The only thing which he must have missed out is that he did not tone one body part at a time as most of the builders do. Instead he worked on all his muscles everyday and hence it took him so long to get the desired results.     Wow the secrets of Salman Khan's body have been disclosed very well. I was searching for Salman Khan's body building secrets from a very long time but none of the information was as good as this. I will definitely give a try to the body building secrets of Salman Khan as stated above.
