There are many people out there in the crowd who are using many creams but aren’t still getting the desired results. Let us take a look at the following article to solve the problems faced by us in our daily life.
1) Acne and blackheads: These problems are usually reported in youths and maidens. The reason for this is faulty digestion. Junk food prepared by hawkers is the best way to get Acne and blackheads. Intake of fresh and properly cooked salubrious food prepared in the house is a very good way of maintaining a hale and hearty life. Other things to be taken care of are: proper work outs and avoidance of constipation (difficulty encountered in emptying of bowels). The cure can however be assisted by frequent and thorough washing your face in hot water with a good antiseptic. The hot water will open up the pores and the antiseptic will heal the acne. A good mixture for the removal of blackheads is compounded with glycerin, spirits of wine and flowers of sulphur, with a little elder-flower water, to which a few drops of a good perfume may be added. This preparation should be applied nightly.
2) Air-Bathing: This is a fact known to very little people that fresh air is also skin’s natural tonic. When the weather is mild it is always a very good plan to lie down for a while near an open window. An alternate to this is given in the meditation section at the ending of this article. It is advisable to keep as much of your face exposed to the air as possible, while indulging with a few breathing exercises simultaneously along with it. A Shavasana would be a great thing to do early in the morning at around about 5:00am. A morning and evening walk will also help improve the situation. But care should be taken that you do not catch a chill while doing so. Remember, too good is too bad for health?
3) Bath: Cold baths are very invigorating for the robust; toning up the body like nothing else in this world, but for those having weak hearts or poor circulation they may be dangerous. Never go for cold water baths if you are an asthma patient. If a cold bath leaves the extremities purple, or produces a feeling of lassitude, it should be discontinued. Warm baths are essential for thoroughly cleansing the pores. The bath should be taken in a well ventilated room. A good brand of bath salts and the best quality soap should be used. Always decide your soap on the basis of your skin configuration. If you have an oily skin, do not go for moisturizing soaps or soaps made with milk extracts. Go for soaps which leave your skin squeaky clean after the bath. On the other hand if you have a dry skin, go for moisturizing soaps. Usually the face of people with dry skin becomes pale, a few minutes after their bath. In such cases, they should use moisturizers. Even a cream like “Fair And Handsome” would play the trick for such people. The bath should always be followed by a brisk rub down (with a rough towel if possible )and quick dressing to stimulate circulation.
4) Meditating: I am again delighted to say that Sahaj meditation is also a way for getting natural beauty. Because as far as I can see, beauty walks hand-in-hand with culture. A little bit of Sahaj meditation tremendously improves your blood circulation. A treatment called as foot-soaking, where you soak your feet in water and concentrate on the kumkum on the forehead of H.H.Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi is a very effective treatment yielding unbelievable results.
