Brio The First New Compact Car Of Divali Season

Honda has decided to take the bang and release its new compact and price effective car Brio for a cost of 4 to 5 lakh rupees. The car looks pretty good and is a good step taken in the Indian market for Diwali is the festival which brings new material to the house of the Indians. Brio is compact and is targeted towards the common man and competed with the low cost compact cars segment of other companies.

Brio comes in four models to suit everyone's needs. The car companies are expecting an increase in sales and market hold with the upcoming festival seasons of Diwali and Dasara. To add to the spices there is a total of eight new vehicle releases in this mega festival season. There are two new two wheeler vehicles and six other new cars yet to be released in the Indian market.

With the festival season coming up the time is best for most of the companies to release their new products as the sale during these times always reaches at its peak. The market is pretty unstable and is fluctuating between highs and lows with lot of other things also taking place. With the increase in the cost of petrol I wonder if the car sales of Brio might be hampered. Cost of gold is also fluctuating between highs and lows.

Lets wish best luck to Honda for the release of its new car the Brio which I am sure will show a good peak in the sales during the festival period. All the Engineers have put in good efforts to bring out the best of the car. Brio car specifications are very promising with a top speed of 160kmph and a mileage of 18kmpl on highway. For more specific car specifications list refer to Brio Car Specifications.

Future Of Technolgy

Future Of Technology can be a very hard thing to decide upon. Technologies which were science fiction a few years ago have now become reality. With the processors (technology) getting powerful day-by-day technical gadgets have entered into dimensions which were never even thought of by our forefathers. In the past three decades technology has been showing us days which were just a dream a few decades. With the advancement in technology we are seeing its advantages and disadvantages too. Near are the days when the future of technology as dreamed by the scientists once upon a time will come into existence. Scientists have struggled for years together to see days when technology will become so powerful that scientists will not be left with any more work whatsoever. Well, then what is the future of technology?

The future of technology is very clear. With advancements in nanotechnology we will be able to see gadgets which seem a dream now. Live 3D online chatting on the cell-phone? No, instead I would say lie 3D chatting on a wrist-watch! Yes the Spy-Kids gadgets will come into action within the next few decades. We will find kids playing with gadgets which are completely automated.

There will be automatic robots, automatically controlled power systems. Even nuclear reactors will be controlled using robots. There will be plastic and plastic everywhere. Automatically fold-able furniture, an automatic robot which will clean the house, the furniture, the dishes and maybe even sing songs for you and change playlists just at the sign of your command. Such days are not far is what most of the advancements in technology are telling us.

The future of technology will also brig automated cars which will drive you safely from home to office and back home. Such automated high technology equipped cars will also be able to drive you to far off places and you can be so sure of the efficiency of the system that you can sleep till the destination arrives. Technology will also enable the car to wake you up once the destination arrives!

If all this looks amusing on one hand, on the other hand the future of technology brings fear to those who know about the banes of a fully developed technical world. Rich will become even more richer and comfortable with the advancements in technology, while the poorer will become even more poor. More machines means less number of laborers required (which saves on cost). Future advancements in technology will thus render many people jobless. Not just that but there will be a sudden disturbance in the balance of nature. Such highly advanced technology may bring days where there will be no more petroleum fuel left for transport. Abundant pollution will cause greater holes in the ozone layer thus increasing hazards of global warming.

Future of technology promises a very comfortable life no doubt, but, I personally think that technology is best what it is today. Future of technology should instead focus on bringing new vehicles and machines which are more eco-friendly and do not consume the non-renewable sources of energy. Recent surveys have estimated that by 2050 there will be no petrol left below the earth's crust: this eventually means that people will again have to stick to the traditional transportation sources: bullock-carts, walking, etc. Though the future of technology shows great advances geared towards one field more specifically: robotics. Future of technology also promises interactive gadgets and 3D projectors which will make one of the most awaited science fiction come true. But all this means more disk space in order to store several images for showing a 3D display. Recognizing this, Blu-ray technology discs will be developed such that a single disk will be able to store 1 TB of data, and I am not lying the research on this future technology is going on! To tell the world about your view about the future of technology please feel free to use the comments section.

Mahindra Reva Specifications | Reva car

Mahindra and Mahindra the automobile giant of India has now taken the decision to buy stake in an electric car company: Reva (which has its origins in Bangalore India). And it has done it for the right reason.

Reva is an electric car which is designed for the commuting person. If you think that buying an electric car is not worth the thrill it provides, think again. I myself thought that the Reva car would not have much to give to its interested audience, but I found my opinion to be completely wrong when I took a look at the engine specifications of this special car.

There are three versions of Reva: Reva standard, Reva AC and Reva Classe. And the specification goes as follows:

• Reva is a small and compact car which is ideal for commuting if you live in cities.
• It take nearly 6-8 hours to charge its battery completely (you may charge it when you are sleeping).
• Once fully charged the Mahindra Reva car will run for 70-80 kms. This signifies a good mileage rating for a car used for commuting purposes.
• You literally shell out 0.50 rupees for every kilometer traveled with the Mahindra Reva car.
• The rear seats are fold-able. This will give you much space for keeping extra luggage into the car.
• The car is said to have only two seats. A Reva car with four seats is yet to be released in the Indian market. The seats are reported to be comfortable for long drives.
Safety precautions have been taken by the Reva team to avoid serious injuries to the passengers in case any accident occurs.
• The passengers will have a high seating position which will make the drive comfortable. An adjustable head rest cushion will also add to the comfort of the Reva drive.
• The Reva car has neither any clutches nor any gears.
• 110% pollution free.
• A scratch proof paint.
• A good radio to keep you entertained all way long to your office.
• The headlights of Reva just steal the show when you look at it for the first time. They are also designed to give you a much more better illumination.
• The top speed of this vehicle is around 60-70 kmph.

I personally liked the looks of this car and I think that it is here to stay in the market. Mahindra on the other hand is also designing a small truck that which is also going to run on electricity. Rumors also state that the Reva cars will also be sold in USA for the first time by the two companies. Mahindra has acquired nearly 52.22% of the Reva Electric car company. This eco-friendly car might be available at a price as low as Rupees 2-3 lakhs. Reva is selling its cars in nearly 26 countries and has managed to sell nearly 3500 vehicles so far. Hope that people will open their eyes to this beautiful eco-friendly car and change their minds to buy one of these instead of buying the flashing and “Harsh on the environment” Sports Cars. Technology in great Sports cars

The sports cars have a very unique combination which makes them quite unique. How does a 280HP car with 4-cylinderengine, turbocharged with direct fuel injection and having a torque of 280 or 320 at 1500-5000rpm sound? Sounds good, doesn’t it? But if you peep in and take a look at the interiors you will feel even more relaxed.

I recently stumbled upon the Volkswagen car interiors and was stunned to see their excellent interior designs. But one car that really stole the show was Rolls Royce. And of course not to forget our Porsche, BMW and Ferrari cars. Bosch is also another pioneer inventing new technologies for implementing them in their racing cars. The interiors of these sports cars are really stunning. But one more configuration which stole my heart was the speaker system. How does 10 high end speakers in a sports car which includes 4tweeters, 2midrange ones and 4woofers sound? Excellent. The German sports cars are always there to steal the show.

All this is topped up with tyres which recover a puncture whenever a nail tries to burst it in the middle of a drive. Digital systems check the pressure of the tyres and also automatically change the design of the tyres during rainy conditions. The wonderful headlights of the sports cars turn to keep their focus on the roads whenever you turn your car during the night which makes driving a great pleasure for you. The sports cars are provided with airbags which fluff out whenever a serious accident occurs. The present day sensors installed in the sports cars are sensitive enough to avoid an accident whenever a driver loses control or in case the vehicle driving in front of you brakes suddenly. It was estimated that even if the drivers apply the brakes suddenly whenever they predict an accident, the force applied is not sufficient to avoid the accident. Hence in such cases the driver gets the advantage of driving a sports car as the brakes of the sports cars are now made to brake the car more rapidly than it would under normal conditions. This technology is compulsorily implemented in the sports cars of Europe. The technology is tweaked time and again to avoid accidents of all sort in the western countries.

A concept car of Porsche is said to push the car to a speed of 100kmph within a time span of 3.2 seconds. And it really gets on our nerves whenever we hear such a thing. This car is said to hit the streets by 2012 (if we stay alive). The GPS system provided in the car is another great advantage to the drivers as they will be guided along the right all around the country without getting lost. Films can also be watched in the screen. These screens of the sports cars support all major audio and video inputs. You can use a USB stick with your car. The latest locking technologies employed in the sports cars open the main door only if the fingerprints of the driver are available. If an unauthorized person tries to steal the car its burglar system activates and the car becomes inactive. That is the car is not going to start even if the thief breaks the window and tries to ignite the car from inside.

But of course all this is costly enough to drill a hole into your huge pockets. If you can afford it there is nothing else more thrilling than owning a sports car. Great speed great entertainment great safety and great status all come with a superb sports car. So get your hands on one today. If you wanna share something with the other readers, comments are welcome.

Have a sporty day !!!
